City of Sacramento to Sell 63 Parcels

8/03/15

The City of Sacramento has selected DTZ to list for sale up to 63 individual parcels comprised of 20 separate projects in five different neighborhoods: Downtown, Oak Park, North Sacramento, Del Paso Heights and Army Depot. The majority of these properties are vacant land parcels that are slated for commercial and multifamily uses.

The City of Sacramento is serving as the Redevelopment Agency Successor Agency (RASA) for the non-housing assets of the prior Redevelopment Agency of the City of Sacramento (Agency). The Sacramento City Council and the city’s staff serve as the RASA, and the city benefits from the sale of Agency assets as one of the local taxing entities.

The DTZ sale listing team consists of Kyle Mickiewicz, Mike Cattuzzo, Erik Neese, Jay Richter and Mike Harris, all of whom are based in the firm’s Sacramento office and specialize in the local marketplace and bring a variety of skillsets.
