The latest activity at Iron Point Business Park, a 212k sf office park in the Nocal city of Folsom, consists of three lease renewals and one new lease for a total of just over 20k sf of space. The campus, comprised of five buildings, is owned by KBS Strategic REIT. It is located about 24 miles northeast of Sacramento.
In the new lease, First American Title signed a deal for 8.5k sf of space. In the renewals, Coldwell Banker Residential signed for 5k sf, engineering consultant Peterson Brustad Inc renewed 3.4k sf, and Stewart Title of Sacramento signed for 3.3k sf.
The Class A business park consists of two one-story buildings, two two-story buildings and a three-story building built between 1991 and 2001, along with 907 parking spaces. It is centrally located within Folsom and is visible from U.S. Highway 50.
