Clyde Rawlings and Toss Vallentine have been hired by Jones Lang LaSalle’s Sacramento office. Rawlings, a 24-year industry veteran previously with Grubb & Ellis, joins as Senior Vice President. Vallentine, also formerly with Grubb & Ellis, joins as a Senior Associate.
Together they have been one of the top producing brokerage teams in the Greater Sacramento region. In recent years the team has executed more than 1 msf of transactions, representing landlords and tenants in South Natomas, Folsom, the Highway 50 corridor and other suburban office markets around the Capitol.
In the last 12 months, Jones Lang LaSalle has expanded its presence four-fold in Sacramento as part of its overall Pacific Northwest growth plan, adding talented real estate capital markets professionals, Central Valley industrial experts and tenant representation specialists to the team.
Toss Vallentine has been named one of CoStar’s Power Brokers in the Sacramento region, and in the short time he has been in the real estate industry, has been responsible for the leasing and sale of more than 1.1 msf of office property, totalling more than $300 mil in consideration. He is currently chairman of the professional development committee of the Sacramento Area Commerce and Trade Organization and a member of the Metro Area Chamber of Commerce. He is a graduate of Texas State University at San Marcos.
Clyde Rawlings has consistently been a top producer in Sacramento’s brokerage community since the mid-1990s, having been nominated for Sacramento Office Broker of the Year on seven occasions. Clyde holds the CCIM designation as a member of the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute. He is a graduate of California State University, Chico.
