Kevin Sheehan has been appointed Managing Director to oversee all aspects of Voit’s operations in the Greater Sacramento market, including asset and property management, brokerage, construction and development services.
Sheehan was previously a Senior Vice President with CB Richard Ellis’ Roseville, CA office. In his 21 years with CBRE, Sheehan specialized in tenant representation in office leasing and buyer representation for land and commercial property sales. Sheehan was recognized as a “Top 3” producer in his office 15 times. As a member of the Association of Commercial Real Estate (ACRE), Sheehan was awarded the Land Broker of the Year Award.
