Recent Deal Comps from Sacramento

The Sacramento office of Grubb & Ellis Company recently completed a number of transactions in the region, which we thought might be of interest to any of you who keep up with deal comps from that part of the state. The transactions include:

• Radiological Associates leased 10.8k sf of retail space at 2901 K St. from GREIT – Sutter Square. Thomas Walcott, Jason Rutherford, Kris Reilly and Scott Bennett of Grubb & Ellis represented the property owner in the deal.

• ROV Enterprises Inc leased 13.8k sf of industrial space at 5019 Roberts Ave from MP Holdings Inc. Matt Cologna and Bryce MacDonald of Grubb & Ellis represented the lessee in the transaction.

• The California Building Industry Association signed a lease extension for 10.6k sf of office space at 1215 K St from Tsakopoulos 523 Investors. Dan Chamberlain of Grubb & Ellis represented the tenant in the transaction.

• Vericlaim Inc leased 3.2k sf of office space at 1075 Creekside Ridge Dr in Roseville from Ken Inc. Jon Walker and Jason Rutherford of Grubb & Ellis represented both parties in the transaction.

• Cochrane & Company leased 2.2k sf of office space at 915 Highland Pointe in Roseville from Mourier Land Investment Corporation. Jon Walker of Grubb & Ellis represented the property owner in the transaction.

• Verihealth Inc leased 6.2k sf of industrial space at 4604 Roseville Rd in North Highlands from Linelle S. Marshall and Lori C. Knoebel. Jason Rutherford and Kenneth Johnson of Grubb & Ellis represented the landlord in the transaction.

• The Western & Southern Life Company leased 1.5k sf of office space at 2700 Gateway Oaks Dr from Metzler I Metro Center. Dan Chamberlain and Jon Walker of Grubb & Ellis represented the landlord in the transaction.

• Insight Real Estate Inc leased 1.9k sf of office space 740 Oak Ave Pkwy in Folsom from Todd S. Bissell. Thomas Walcott, Jason Rutherford, Kris Reilly and Scott Bennett of Grubb & Ellis represented the landlord in the transaction.

• Neopost USA leased 2.7k sf of office space 2700 Gateway Oaks Dr from Metzler I Metro Center. Dan Chamberlain and Jon Walker of Grubb & Ellis repped the property owner in the transaction.

• Sweetener Products leased 10k sf of industrial space at 1925 El Pinal Dr in Stockton from Mazzera’s Appliance Inc. Gavin Hursh of Grubb & Ellis repped the tenant in the transaction.
