Capitol Oaks Office Building, an 89.8k sf office building in the Sacramento’s South Natomas submarket, is now fully occupied after recent signings with KB Homes and the Department of Social Services. Owned by Basin Street Properties, the building is located at 2535 Capitol Oaks Dr, adjacent to Hwy 5 and south of I-80 in the northern Sacramento region.
In the latest transactions, KB Homes leased 5.6k sf of office space for two years while the Department of Social Services increased its existing space for a total of 6.6k sf for the next three years.
Capitol Oaks is conveniently located near the Natomas Racquetball Club, a number of walking trails, and the riverwalk. The building features an on-site health facility and basketball courts, and capital improvements include HVAC, lobby, corridor and signage upgrades.
Other companies located in the building include: Department of General Services/Real Estate Office of Integrated Services; Department of Consumer Affairs – Shorthand Reporters; Department of General Services Consumer Affairs - Engineers; Department of Consumer Affairs – Medical Board; Department of Consumer Affairs – Vocational Nurses; Department of Social Services, Community Care Licensing; and the Office of Chapter 13 U.S. Trustee.
