There have been some notable new hires at the San Francisco office of Avison Young. They include: Mark McGranahan, Marquard Anderson, Sean McCallum, Tim Hogan and Ross Robinson as Principals; Tyler Paratte and Jason Kreske as associates; and Melinda Ta as a senior marketing associate. The eight-member team specializes in both tenant representation and agency leasing and represents more than 70 years of combined industry experience for clients regionally and nationally.
The successful, multi-market tenant representation team was formerly with Cushman & Wakefield. They will be responsible for the growing occupier solutions business and will also continue to deliver value to institutional landlords in the leasing, disposition and marketing of office and mixed-use buildings.
The award-winning team is led by Mark McGranahan, who is a top-producing commercial real estate veteran with more than 30 years experience representing tenants and landlords in San Francisco and nationally. Marquard Anderson is a consistently top-ranked producer specializing in multi-market tenant representation and landlord representation, including local and national headquarter representation. Sean McCallum is highly regarded broker focused on multi-market tenant representation and landlord representation. Tim Hogan specializes in workplace strategy, strategic advisory and site selection for multi-market tenants and institutional landlords. Ross Robinson has nearly 20 years of experience in commercial real estate providing expert strategy and implementation to both tenants and landlords in San Francisco.
