Greenheart Land Company has selected CBRE for the office leasing assignment at Station 1300, a new development located at 1300 El Camino Real in Menlo Park. The CBRE team will be led by Todd Husak, Jonathan Moeller, Doug Beck and David Wright.
Station 1300 is a new transit-oriented, mixed-use development with underground parking located adjacent to the Menlo Park Caltrain station. Station 1300 will include two Class A+ office buildings, 183 rental units, community-serving retail and dining options, as well as substantial plazas and open spaces. The vision for Station 1300 is to create a center of activity for the community. Station 1300 will have the daytime population of office workers and an evening population of residents to invigorate downtown Menlo Park businesses and eateries.
The two office buildings are designed to accommodate both tech users who prefer an open office layout and professional office users who are looking for a marquee downtown location. The project has 205k sf of office space, and will feature an activated indoor/outdoor experience, as the Central Plaza opens for gatherings and events.
The Menlo Park Caltrain station is located less than a block away from Station 1300 and every apartment resident and office worker will be provided with a GO-Pass that allows unlimited access to Caltrain.
