Anvil Development LLC has acquired just over four acres of undeveloped land spanning four parcels in the San Francisco Bay Area for nearly $1.45 mil. The buyer intends to develop a 37k sf skilled nursing facility that will include 59 single patient beds.
The property is located at 2230 Challenger Way, west of Hwy 101 and just south of Hwy 12 in southwest Santa Rosa. Situated approximately 55 miles north of San Francisco in Sonoma County, the property is part of the Northpoint Corporate Center, a diverse 250-acre business park that integrates Northpoint Business Park and the Santa Rosa Corporate Center and home to a broad range of businesses. The site is proximate to Kaiser Permanente’s new medical campus.
The transaction was a lender sale, with the seller being A.J. Ventures Inc, an entity related to Exchange Bank. Travis Ives, Matt Davis, Terry Jackson and Curtis Buono with Cushman & Wakefield represented the buyer in the deal.
