DivcoWest and Orchard Partners have completed construction on the first phase of Napa Logistics Park, a five-building, 2.9 msf warehouse/distribution park in Napa. Ware Malcomb provided master planning, architectural design and branding services for the 218-acre development, located at One Middleton Way in American Canyon.
The Napa Logistics Park master plan includes five buildings with direct rail-served access to Union Pacific Railroad. Napa Logistics Park also benefits from direct access to Hwy 29, and has access to I-80 from Hwys 12 and 37 to the north and south, respectively. The completion of the Hwy 12 road-widening improvements has positioned Napa Logistics Park into a premier regional logistics location within Northern California.
The project’s first phase includes a 646k sf, state-of-the-art logistics facility currently available for sale or lease. The project included site improvements and the construction of a new private road. The building utilizes Type IIIB construction with concrete tilt-up walls. A combination of stone and wood veneer accents are incorporated at the entrances, with an exterior paint scheme that complements the stone and wood materials. The main entrance also features a custom-designed glass and steel canopy.
The general contractor for the project is Oltmans Construction Co.
