The building is just blocks away from the $1.6 bil Central Subway project as well as in the heart of the planned 5 msf phased redevelopment project. Neighboring tenants include Twitter, Zendesk, Yahoo, Spotify, Dolby, and Square, in addition retailers, Sightglass Coffee and Deli Board.
Based in San Francisco, Rubicon Point Partners was launched in 2010 by founders Ani Vartanian Boladian and Razmig Boladian. The company invests and manages a diversified portfolio of office buildings throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.
