The first phase within The Pacific, an upscale condo development in the heart of San Francisco’s Pacific Heights neighborhood, has been released for sale. The Pacific, a development of Trumark Urban, is located at 2121 Webster St, one block from Fillmore St.
The Pacific will offer a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom flats and three-level townhomes, along with a rare collection of seven penthouses ranging up to approximately 3.1k sf and four Grand Penthouses with private, expansive wrap-around terraces ranging up to approximately 4k sf in size. Pricing for the units will start from under $2 mil and range up to $15 mil - $20 mil. The initial phase consists of 66 units.
