River Walk Villas, a 65-unit, Class A multifamily community located in Sacramento, recently sold for $9.8 mil, or $150.8k/unit, in an off-market transaction. Built in 2007, the asset is located at 631 Garden Hwy.
River Walk Villas features one- and two-bedroom floor plans with high-end finishes including granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, and full-size washer/dryer. Community amenities include a fitness center, swimming pool, spa, gas BBQ/picnic area, and leasing office. Located along Garden Highway in South Natomas, the property offers immediate access to Interstates 5 and 80, Sacramento’s Central Business District, the Sacramento River, and the Arden Fair Regional Mall.
The seller was McCali LLC and the buyer was Efren R. Cota LTD. Marc Ross of CBRE’s Sacramento multifamily team brokered the transaction.
