Clover Stornetta Farms, a leading brand in the dairy industry, has recently signed two long-term lease agreements that will reposition, expand and also retain the company within its NoCal hometown of Petaluma for many more years.
In one deal, Clover Stornetta leased 17.6k sf of Class A office space at 1800 S. McDowell Blvd, located within the South McDowell Landing project owned by Basin Street Properties. The building offers quality views of the adjacent Shollenberger Park and surrounding hills.
Clover Stornetta also leased 64k sf of space within a to-be-built Class A industrial building being developed just around the corner, at 1490 Cader Lane. The facility is part of a new multi-building commercial campus known as Cader Corporate Center owned by New York Life Real Estate Investors.
Each of the properties serving as the new home for the dairy company is located near major transportation routes U.S. Highway 101 and the Lakeville (116) Highway.
Trevor Buck, Steven Leonard and Brian Foster with Cushman & Wakefield’s North Bay office represented both Basin Street Properties and New York Life. Buck also repped Clover Stornetta in the pair of transactions.
Third-generation family-owned and operated, Clover Stornetta Farms is long recognized as a leader at the forefront of the dairy industry. The Petaluma-based company was the first dairy in the United States to become American Humane Certified and holds its partnership of family owned dairy farms to a higher standard by developing its own unique North Coast Excellence Certified program.
