NewMark Merrill Companies has acquired the Food Source and Shops section of the Valley Mack Plaza in Sacramento. Situated on 4.64 acres of land at 6366 Mack Rd, just west of Hwy 99 in South Sacramento, the property contains 64.2k sf of space.
NewMark Merrill purchased the Food Source and Shops from the Sands Investment Group. The price was not disclosed.
In addition to the Food Source and Shops section, Valley Mack Plaza benefits from a lineup of strong anchor tenants including dd’s discounts, Fallas Paredes and Rainbow Fashions. Valley Mack Plaza also includes several big name chains such as Auto Zone, Starbucks and McDonald’s, which increases the Plaza’s attractiveness to consumers.
The Food Source and Shops is located at one of the dominant intersections in the entire Sacramento trade area and offers tremendous exposure along Hwy 99.
