Britannia Business Center, a 135k sf office property in the Silicon Valley city of Pleasanton was purchased by an unnamed private investor out of the Bay Area. The two-building complex, located at 5700-5702 Stoneridge Drive in the Hacienda Business Park submarket, was sold by Newport Beach-based MIG Real Estate.
MIG acquired the asset in April 2012 from Ellis Partners. Situated within a major business park in close proximity to I-680 and nearby workforce housing, the property is fully leased to a combination of national and regional tenants.
Steven Golubchik and John Simerlein of HFF’s San Francisco office represented MIG Real Estate in the transaction. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
