Michael Pitre and Michael have joined Transwestern as part of the firm’s growing Tenant Advisory Services platform in Northern California. Nationwide, the company has added more than 100 tenant representation professionals in the past 14 months.
Michael Pitré joins Transwestern as vice president in the firm’s San Francisco office after nearly 25 years with Savills Studley Inc. As corporate managing director, he assisted clients in downtown San Francisco, Silicon Valley and the greater Bay Area with real estate strategies to improve financial and operational performance. He has worked with a wide variety of organizations, from startups to large public companies such as Actuate Corp., Glu Mobile Inc. and Hyperion Therapeutics Inc.
Michael Torres joins the company as vice president in the Walnut Creek office. Torres most recently served as vice president with Cassidy Turley and was a member of the company’s national healthcare practice group. During a two-year period, he sold and leased more than $225 mil in real estate transactions for clients that included Laboratory Corporation of America and Dignity Health (formerly Catholic Healthcare West).
Previously, he spent five years at CBRE, where he was also focused on the acquisition, sale and leasing of office and medical properties. Earlier in his career, Torres was a project manager at Opus West Construction Corp., where he successfully managed the construction and build-out of multi-million-dollar office buildings.
