LiveOps, Inc has agreed to a new lease for 42k sf of space in Redwood Shores for the firm’s global corporate headquarters. LiveOps, a leader in cloud contact center and customer service solutions, will relocate all of its current operations in Santa Clara to their new space, located at 555 Twin Dolphin Dr.
The new space is currently being redesigned and configured for LiveOps. The immediate area is also home to many Silicon Valley tech leaders, such as Oracle Corporation, Electronic Arts, NetSuite and Salesforce.com.
LiveOps plans to take occupancy of its new space this fall. The company was represented by SABRE Real Estate Group. The property owner, Equity Office, was repped by Cornish & Carey Commercial Newmark Knight Frank.
