Erik Doyle has been appointed as the new President of Cornish & Carey/ONCOR International (C&C). In this role, Doyle will be responsible for expanding C&C’s regional investment sales business as well as leveraging his extensive institutional relationships to grow both C&C sales and leasing activity. Doyle will report to and work closely with C&C’s CEO Chuck Seufferlein to focus on further market expansion, client relations and business development.
Chuck Seufferlein will continue to lead the company in his role as Chief Executive Officer. Seufferlein will concentrate his efforts on business development, recruiting, client relations and additional platform and infrastructure growth at Cornish & Carey. The company recently expanded to 10 regional offices and currently has more than 220 brokerage agents, a factor that was the primary driver for Doyle’s appointment.
Doyle brings to C&C more than 20 years of brokerage, development and institutional investment sales leadership. Most recently, Doyle served as Executive Vice President with CB Richard Ellis (CBRE), where he was a member of the “Colbert Coldwell Circle”, a distinction recognizing the top 100 brokers from CBRE worldwide. He was also CBRE’s top producer in the San Francisco region for 2007 and the top producer in the Silicon Valley for the last three years. In 2006 and 2007 the Association of Silicon Valley Brokers recognized Doyle’s achievements with the “Institutional Broker of the Year” award. Prior to CBRE, Doyle was a Principal and Managing Partner at Deerfield Realty Corporation and Schreck Brown & Associates, and a top five producer at CPS from 1991 through 1998.
