AEW Capital Management (AEW) has awarded the property management assignment for Bridgeside Shopping Center, a 105k sf, grocery-anchored Class A shopping center in Alameda, to RiverRock Real Estate Group. AEW owns the property on behalf of one of its separate account clients.
Located at Tilden Way and Blanding Ave, Bridgeside Shopping Center was built in 2006.The center’s unique architectural design was inspired by the adjacent estuary and the surrounding San Francisco Bay. The center is fully occupied and its anchor tenants include Nob Hill Foods and Pet Food Express, along with national tenants such as Taco Bell, Subway, Starbucks and Verizon.
The assignment boosts RiverRock’s management portfolio in the Bay Area to roughly 8.67 msf.
