For those of you who've not yet explored the new RENTV web site, you may not have noticed that we've created useful new resource sections, where viewers can easily search for job opportunities, property listings and industry service providers. You'll find these sections listed under R. E. Marketplace in the gray navigation column on the left side of the site.
From a marketing perspective, you’ll find that it’s extremely simple and inexpensive to add your own listings to the site, and we even are providing all companies a FREE listing in our Service Providers directory (see below). It’s hard to come up with a better way to communicate directly to thousands of commercial real estate professionals in California and across the western US.
All ads in our JobWorks and Property Listings are also included in our Real Estate Marketplace email newsletter, sent out every other week to over 12,000 real estate pros. Best of all, the cost is just $99 for 90 days for both the listing on the site and in the newsletter. Compare that to the cost of running a tiny three-line ad just for one day in a major metropolitan newspaper.
With our property listings, you can expose your property to thousands of potential investors, brokers and real estate decision makers. Each listing gets its own page on the site, enabling you to include detailed information about the property along with a nice picture and an email link back to you, making it very easy for people to respond to your listing. And you won’t find a more cost-effective way to market employment opportunities to the industry than with our JobWorks section. Each listing provides you with plenty of space to describe the position and the type of candidate you’re looking for, along with including a direct email link to back to the person at the company you’d like to receive responses.
You’ll also want to visit our new Service Providers directory, where you’ll see that there are over 30 categories of commercial real estate-related services, from accounting to window supply/services. Most likely, you'll find the right category for your business.
At the top of the page, you'll see a link to create a listing, and when you click on it you'll notice that there are two choices. One of the choices is a "standard" listing that is completely free. Just fill it out and your listing will be included in our directory, at no charge whatsoever.
Of course, for those of you who really want to take advantage of our targeted audience of real estate pros, we also offer a "premium" listing for just $149 for six months or $249 for an entire year. This expanded listing allows you to include a brief write-up about your services and industry expertise, and it also gives you the ability to add a picture/logo, a website link and an email link.
