PNC Realty Investors has retained Vestar to provide management, leasing and marketing services for Hacienda Crossing, a 438.5k sf, mixed-use power center in the Bay Area city of Dublin.
Hacienda Crossings is located at 4820-5000 Dublin Blvd, adjacent to I-580. The center offers a blend of specialty retailers, entertainment and restaurants to the affluent Tri-Valley area. It is anchored by Regal Cinemas, Best Buy, PGA Golf Superstore, ULTA, TJ Maxx and Barnes & Noble.
Vestar currently operates nearly 70 properties, encompassing 30 msf of retail space across seven western states. In the Bay Area/Northern California, the company oversees 11 centers encompassing 3.6 msf including PNC owned, Alameda Landing in Alameda as well as Pacific Commons in Fremont, Broadway Pointe in Walnut Creek and Creekside Town Center in Roseville.
