Construction on Station 1300, a new three-story, transit-oriented development in downtown Menlo Park, just topped off in September with placement of the final beam. The mixed-use project is a development of Greenheart Land Company.
Station 1300 consists of two Class A office buildings totaling about 200k sf, along with a 20k sf public plaza, 183 luxury multifamily rental units and approximately 28l sf of ground-floor retail. San Francisco-based BAR Architects designed the development, and landscaping was designed by JETT Landscape Architecture & Design.
The Menlo Park Caltrain station is located less than a block away from Station 1300, which is steps away from the main stretch of Menlo Park’s downtown neighborhood on Santa Cruz Avenue.
Privately owned and headquartered in Palo Alto, Greenheart Land Company specializes in the development of unique properties across the San Francisco Bay Peninsula area. The leasing assignment for the office portion of Station 1300 was awarded to Todd Husak and Jon Moeller with CBRE.
