The Edge, a six-story, 381-unit apartment community in Milpitas, has opened to the public. The project was built by SCS Development and will be managed by Legacy Partners.
The Edge is located at 753 Montague Expwy. It features modern one- and two-bedroom residences with balconies and private patios, starting at $2,615 per month. The community is just footsteps from the new Montague Expressway Pedestrian Bridge, which will soon offer seamless connection to the forthcoming Milpitas BART Station.
The Edge’s sixth floor rooftop pool and spa offer outdoor furniture, a fireplace, barbecues, and alfresco dining areas. Residents also enjoy a modern fitness center and yoga studio, as well as a landscaped courtyard, clubhouse, game room, and business center.
