Berry, Appleman & Leiden LLP Leases 20k sf of Class A Office Space in Walnut Creek

3/12/18

Global law firm Berry, Appleman & Leiden LLP (BAL) Leased 20.3k sf of office space at 100 Pringle Ave in Walnut Creek. Terms of the lease were not disclosed.

More than doubling its office capacity, the tenant relocated from an 8k sf sublease at 2 Ygnacio Center, also in Walnut Creek. The firm chose this location in part because it is adjacent to BART and offers easy freeway access to I-680 and Hwy 24.

The Class A, seven-story office property at the Walnut Creek BART station is part of Walnut Creek Center, a soon-to-be renovated two-building complex totaling approximately 315k sf. Completed in 1983, 100 Pringle features a striking, three-story atrium lobby, a conference center, fitness center, gourmet deli, abundant parking and onsite management.

Breck Lutz of Newmark Cornish & Carey represented the landlord, a venture of Align Real Estate and PCCP LLC. BAL was repped by Rosen Realty Group and Avison Young.
