Located on North First St and Hwy 237 in the heart of Silicon Valley, the development site offers convenient access to Highways 101 and 880 and is located just two miles from Levi’s Stadium and five miles from Mineta San Jose International Airport.

The Shops @ Terra is currently approved for and is anchored by a three-story, 71.5k sf TopGolf facility, a premier sports and entertainment venue with more than 40 locations worldwide. It features golf games from a three story driving range with hitting bays and lighted targets, fantastic upscale dining facilities, full bars, and live entertainment for families and guests of all ages. Top Golf has attracted over 12 million guests alone in 2016 and is ranked among the fastest growing new entertainment businesses in the country.

James Kaye, Jay Gomez, Lindsey Snider, Nick Whitstone and Lindsey Snider with CBRE, out of San Jose, make up the listing team for the project. An asking price was not given out.
