Skyworks Solutions has leased 49.8k sf of Class A, R&D/flex space at the Valley Technology Centre in North San Jose. The Woburn, MA-headquartered company is relocating its local operation from the neighboring city of Santa Clara.
Skyworks’ new Silicon Valley location will be on the entire second floor and approximately 15k sf of the first floor in the two-story building at 2740 Zanker Rd. Owned by MWest, the Valley Technology Centre is a seven-building, 465k sf Class A campus conveniently positioned along Zanker Rd, between E. Trimble Road and Plumeria Dr.
The campus features recently upgraded outdoor collaboration areas, market ready interiors and lobbies and enhanced landscaping. The campus also provides easy access to Hwy 101, I-880 and Montague Expwy and is walking distance to a variety of retail and services amenities and VTA Light Rail.
