Tableau Software has signed a lease for all of the office space at a newly constructed, 30k sf office building in Palo Alto. The building, located at 260 California Ave, also has ground floor restaurant space.
Seattle-based Tableau, a leading business intelligence and analytics software company, will relocate its growing Silicon Valley operation from Menlo Park to the new building upon construction’s completion in December 2014. Located along the newly revitalized California Avenue corridor, only two blocks from a Cal Train station, the building is being developed by Presidio Development Partners.
Tableau was repped by Parker Ferguson of Flinn Ferguson Corporate Real Estate in Seattle, in collaboration with Clark Heppberger, Kevin Waldman, and Clarke Funkhouser with Cassidy Turley. The company specializes in data realization products.
