San Francisco Travel has relocated into 19.4k sf of office space on the 29th floor at One Front Street in San Francisco’s Financial District. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
San Francisco Travel’s new high-end space contains an open floor plan, meeting rooms and expansive views of the entire city. The new headquarters has been created to reflect the spirit and creativity of the city while incorporating cutting edge design, a preference for local artists and materials and a commitment to sustainability. The building is owned by Florida State Board of Administration.
San Francisco Travel relocated from a property in the City’s Yerba Buena district. Sean McCallum and Brad Werner with Cassidy Turley represented San Francisco Travel in the transaction. Additionally, Cassidy Turley’s Project and Development Services were also hired by the company to perform tenant improvement services, with Rick Couer and Peter Fisco of the firm leading the effort in the assignment. The construction work was completed by Skyline Construction. Rapt Studios provided the architectural services.
