Frontline Energy Services leased 13k sf of office space in Concord Gateway II in the Bay Area city of Concord. Frontline will use the space, located at 1855 Gateway Blvd, south of Willow Pass Rd and east of Hwy 242, as the regional office for the energy and utility service company.
Newly remodeled and upgraded, Concord Gateway is a twin, 10-story office complex totaling 601.9k sf. The property offers immediate freeway access and is within walking distance of downtown Concord’s retail and financial amenities.
Scott Ellis, Matt Hurd and Terry Vani of Transwestern represented the building owner, Sierra Pacific Properties Inc, in the transaction. Pat McGrath with TRI Commercial Services represented the tenant.Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
