SANTA CLARA (Santa Clara County) – XenoPort Inc is expanding into an additional 58.7k sf of space at 3400 Central Expressway, after agreeing to a five-year deal. They are also extending their existing space of 102.8k sf at 3410 Central Expressway for another 24 months. Rob Shannon and Joe Kelly of CB Richard Ellis, along with Craig Fordyce of Colliers International, took care of negotiations for the tenant. The property is owned by Sobrato Development.

SANTA CLARA (Santa Clara County) – NWE Technology inked a renewal for 52.8k sf of industrial/R&D space at 1688 Richard Ave. NWE is a member of Foxconn/Hon Hai Group, a leading supplier of mechanical packaging and electrical interconnect solutions for the computer, communications, and consumer electronics industries. NWE, a long-time tenant in the property, was represented by Tenny Tsai of NAI BT Commercial.

SAN JOSE (Santa Clara County) -- Altierre Corporation leased 85.4k sf of R&D space at 1980 Concourse Dr from Fox Creek Fund. Jay Phillips and Ryan Brandenburg of Cornish & Carey’s Client Solutions Group represented Altierre.

SAN JOSE (Santa Clara County) -- Intermolecular Inc leased 47k sf of R&D space at 2885 and 2865 Zanker Rd from BP North First LLC. Mike Denevi of Cornish & Carey represented the landlord in the transaction.

FREMONT (Alameda County) – Asus Computer Inc agreed to a 10-year lease for 152.7k sf of space at 800 Corporate Way. The property is owned by Sobrato Interests Inc and, as with the Santa Clara deal above, Sobrato was repped by Rob Shannon and Joe Kelly of CB Richard Ellis. The tenant was represented by Joe Elliott and Terry Bell of Colliers International.

FREMONT (Alameda County) – db Control inked a renewal for its 40k sf, single-story R&D headquarters facility on Auburn Ct. dB Control is an established designer and manufacturer known in the industry for its reliable high-power microwave amplifiers, power supplies and radar transmitters. Jim Kovaleski of NAI BT Commercial represented db Control in the lease. The building is owned by EBJ Partners Inc.

RANCHO CORDOVA (Sacramento County) -- One Sunrise Fund purchased a 45k sf office property at 2893 Sunrise Blvd from Thomas J. Tuohy. Sean Fulp and Craig Brinitzer of Cornish & Carey’s Sacramento office represented the buyer.

ROSEVILLE (Sacramento County) -- Bellatierra Business Park LLC purchased a 31.3k sf office property at 8781 Sierra College Blvd from Nusbaum Family Trust. Sean Fulp and Craig Brinitzer of Cornish & Carey’s Sacramento office represented the seller in the deal.
