Denver-Based Kentro Group Buys 24 Acres in Colorado for Development

3/01/23

Kentro Group, a Denver-based real estate developer, has acquired 24 acres of land on two adjacent parcels in Loveland, CO, purchased in separate transactions. The developer plans to construct a new residential project on the property. Located at the southwest corner of Highway 402 and Roosevelt Ave, the pair of parcels sold in separate transactions for a combined $1.6 mil.

In one of the deals, Kentro Group acquired a 14-acre parcel for $975k from Casey Reeves, who was repped by Cushman & Wakefield’s Travis Ackerman in the transaction. In the second deal, Kentro Group purchased an adjacent parcel of 10 acres from Message of Life Ministries for $630k. Ackerman represented Kentro Group, while NAI’s Shames Makovsky represented the seller in that sale.

“This area in Loveland has seen strong activity over the last few years. Two key appealing attributes are its central location in Northern CO and easy access to I-25 via Highway 402,” said noted Ackerman.
