In a recent multifamily sale from SoCal’s Imperial County, the majority of Brawley Park Imperial Townhomes, a townhome-style multifamily community in Brawley, traded for $4.46 mil.
Located at 650 N. Imperial Ave, the property comprises 50 units, 41 of which were included in the sale ($109k/unit). The community features three- and four-bedroom floorplans with patios.
CBRE’s Eric Chen and Blake Torgerson represented the seller, Brawley Park Housing Partners LLC, in the transaction. The CBRE team also assisted the buyer, Ameri Mex Investment LLC, with the loan assumption process to facilitate the deal.
“We were able to source a buyer for this property rather quickly as they had owned the remaining nine units and were interested in taking full ownership of the property,” said CBRE’s Chen.
