Artesa at Menifee Town Center, a Spanish mission-style apartment community developed by MBK Rental Living in Menifee, is now completed and available for leasing. Offering urban-style living in a walkable, small-town setting, the new 15-acre community consists of 330 units in 37 two- and three-story walk-up apartment buildings with one-, two- and three-bedroom options ranging from approximately 820 sf to 1.3k sf in size.
