The Mark, a 150-unit apartment property in the East Bay city of Hayward, has sold for $44 mil ($293k/unit). The buyer was New Standard Equities.
The garden-style complex is located at 24650 Amador St, east of I-880 and north of Hwy 92. The property boasts a newly renovated fitness center, on-site laundry facilities and a crystal-clear swimming pool. Unit amenities include granite counters, plank flooring and new appliances. There is a fitness center, swimming pool and BBQ area.
