Condos at New Luxury Res Project in San Bruno Sells Out in Four Months

4/05/18

Upscale residential condos at Sares Regis Group of Northern California (SRGNC) new development in the Bay Area city of Mountain View, 1101 West, have sold out less than four months after hitting the market. Located at 1101 West El Camino Real in Mountain View, 1101 West’s 52 homes sold for an average of over $1,000 per square foot.

1101 West, one of the first new Mountain View condominium developments completed in many years, features new homes within walking distance to downtown and transit. Each home in the LEED-certified, four-story community features spacious floor plans, refined finishes, electric vehicle charging, and “smart home” features such as learning thermostats and remote-controlled mechanical blinds. The project was built by Regis Homes Bay Area in partnership with Tricon Capital.

Next up is The Ashton, a 73-residence condominium community in Belmont at the corner of Davey Glen Road and El Camino Real. The Ashton will include a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom flats and townhomes ranging from 749 sf to 1.8k sf, and will feature a fitness center, resident club room, outdoor patio with barbecue, and private dog run. There will be ample parking with 137 stalls in a one-level underground garage and 24 parking spaces on grade. Additionally, 5k sf of ground-floor commercial space will front El Camino Real in a detached one-story building with dedicated parking. Sales are slated to begin later this year.

Other multifamily projects currently in development by SRGNC include CityLine Sunnyvale, a multi-phase plan to transform downtown Sunnyvale with the addition of new residences, shopping, entertainment options, and office space across 36 acres. The project will include a Whole Foods Market and AMC Theaters multi-screen theater, as well as millions of dollars of public improvements. Elsewhere in Sunnyvale, SRGNC is now leasing 6tenEAST, a four-story, 205-residence luxury apartment community conveniently located just off Highway 101 at Fair Oaks Avenue. Immediate move-in options are currently available.

In South San Francisco, construction is underway on Cadence, a 225k sf luxury apartment community that will consist of 260 homes across five stories and over two levels of parking. The project also includes a $5.7 mil contribution from SRGNC that will go towards improvements to community parks, pedestrian connections, water lines, storm drains, and public art.

Finally, SRGNC is building Aperture in San Bruno, an apartment community that will include 83 apartments over podium parking and 7k sf of commercial space. When completed, the project will serve as an anchor of downtown San Bruno’s retail center along El Camino Real.
