A 10.42-acre development site in Goodyear, AZ has sold for $2.2 mil. The site, located north of the northwest corner of 145th Ave and McDowell Rd, was purchased by NextGen Apartments – Goodyear 145 LLC, of Scottsdale, AZ.
The fully entitled multifamily development site is part of the Palm Valley master-planned community, and sits adjacent to a Lifetime Fitness and nearby new Harkins Theaters. The buyer intends to build a 188-unit res project on the land.
Steven Nicoluzakis and David Fogler of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller, NLW Arizona LLC of Buellton, CA.
NextGen Apartments specializes in the construction, management, and acquisitions of apartment complexes throughout Metro Phoenix. Along with the recent 10.42 acres in Goodyear, NextGen is currently sourcing land for development of projects in the AZ cities of Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Tempe and Peoria. Typical projects for the company are based on 10-15 acre parcels.
