Bowman, a recently completed, 278-unit luxury apartment building in the Wallingford neighborhood of Seattle, now stands at 95% leased. Legacy Partners, the project developer, began construction on the five-story project in summer 2014 and began pre-leasing in spring 2016.
In addition to the residential space, Bowman features over 8k sf of ground floor retail, including Bar Charlie, a craft cocktail bar; Eames, a men’s clothing boutique; and a James Beard-noted gourmet restaurant called Art of the Table.
Residents enjoy access to a large rooftop deck with a greenhouse lounge; outdoor living spaces complete with TV, barbeques, ping pong, foosball and hammocks; state-of-the-art cardio and cross-fit facilities; theater, video game and poker rooms; sports bar lounge; and animal-friendly spaces, including a dog run, and a dog wash.
Located in the Wallingford neighborhood between Greenlake and Lake Union, Bowman is in close proximity to the bustling shopping, dining and entertainment scenes along 45th St, Fremont Ave and the growing retail corridor along Stone Way. With both Tableau and Brooks’ global headquarters within walking distance, and Amazon’s campus and downtown a bike ride away, Bowman sits at a growing hub of enterprise in Seattle.
