ReyLenn Properties LLC has obtained equity and construction financing for the development of, a 285-unit, Class A multi-housing community in the Highlands Ranch community of Denver, CO. Due for completion in 2018, Solana Lucent Station will be situated on 9.89 acres at the northwest corner of Lucent Blvd and Plaza Dr, approximately 14.5 miles south of downtown Denver.
The transit-oriented property is immediately adjacent to the future end-of-the-line light rail station at C-470/Lucent Blvd and also provides nearby access to Hwy 85 and I-25. The three-story, LEED Gold project will feature highly-amenitized one-, two- and three-bedroom units with attached garages. Community amenities will include a resort-style swimming pool with an outdoor living room; spa; barbecue grilling stations; and an 8.5k sf clubhouse with a state-of-the-art fitness center.
Pat Burger and Josh Simon with HFF arranged the financing on behalf of ReyLenn Properties, a SoCal-based real estate company specializing in the investment, development and construction of multifamily and mixed-use projects in key markets in California and the western region of the United States.
