Pacifica Enterprises has purchased BluWater Crossing, a Class A, mixed-use property in Carlsbad. The recently constructed development is located at 6800 Embarcadero Lane, south of Palomar Airport Rd between Carlsbad Blvd and I-5.
Completed in 2009, BluWater Crossing consists of 66 res units featuring both live/work and townhome floor plans as well as 21.5k sf of commercial space. The property is situated just one-quarter mile from the Pacific Ocean.
Units at BluWater Crossing offer luxury features including large vaulted ceilings, custom designed kitchen cabinetry, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliance package and solid core interior doors. Nearly half of the units feature ocean views from the third floor.
Jim Neil, Kevin Mulhern, Dixie Hall, Eric Comer, Merrick Matricardi and Rachel Parsons of CBRE represented the seller. Pacifica Enterprises, a privately held and operated real estate investment company based in Rancho Santa Fe, repped themselves in the transaction. The price was not disclosed.
