ConAm purchased Creekside Village Apartments and Townhomes, a 132-unit residential community in Vancouver, WA. The asset was sold by a joint venture between PCCP LLC, and Westbridge Properties LLC.
Located at 3100 Falk Rd, Creekside Village is comprised of 48 two-bedroom apartments and 84 townhomes. The unique townhomes feature spacious two- and three-bedroom layouts with direct-entry garages. The property, adjacent to an eight mile paved walking trail, was built in 1992 and features a full amenities package, including a pool, spa, renovated clubhouse, fitness center and playground.
Carrie Kahn and Graham Taylor of CBRE’s Capital Markets Multifamily Investment Properties team represented the seller in the deal. ConAm, assumed existing financing. Rocco Mandala and Brad Miner from CBRE’s Debt & Structured Finance Phoenix office arranged supplemental financing for the buyer.
