Allan Erselius has joined Titan/SenQuest, the senior housing division of Titan Real Estate Investment Group Inc, as vice president of acquisitions. In his new position, Erselius will oversee acquisitions in the Western United States and allow the senior housing division to dramatically increase their acquisition pipeline.
Prior to joining Titan/SenQuest, Erselius served as vice president of acquisitions, Western U.S. for Fortress Investment Group / Holiday Retirement, the largest senior housing provider in North America. Erselius also has extensive experience in the hospitality industry where he has held various executive management titles.
“In pursuing senior properties, our philosophy is that senior housing is more than just a business,” said Titan/SenQuest managing partner Doug Allen. “I passionately believe that appropriate residential solutions are the way to ensure that our parents and grandparents retain a comfortable lifestyle of independence and dignity. Our facilities support such lifestyles through sensitive management, solid infrastructure, expanded community and social activities to enhance the lives of our senior residents,” he added.
Titan SenQuest has been on an acquisition spree for the past two years and has plans to increase their investments over the next several years noted Titan President Kevin Kaseff. Erselius, based in Titan’s west coast office, will oversee the new projects in the Western US while Doug Allen will continue to handle acquisitions in the Midwest and East Coast.
