The Laramar Group has been selected as property manager of Verve, a new 285-unit high-rise luxury rental building in the downtown Denver core. The property is owned by Amstar and was developed by The Opus Group.
Verve consists of studio, one- and two-bedroom units and is pet friendly. The eight-story high-rise building features an outdoor lounge and pool, and a fitness room and yoga studio. Leasing will begin March 1, and the building will welcome its first residents in May.
Verve, located at 1490 Delgany St, is a LEED-certified, luxury apartment building in the heart of downtown Denver. The transit-oriented community is close to dining, shopping, nightlife and several parks, including miles of trails along Cherry Creek and the South Platte River.
