We’ve got two recent SoCal mobile home park sales to report, one in Hesperia and the other in La Mesa. The larger of the deals was in Hesperia, where Waterhouse Management Corporation paid $3.35 mil for Coral Isle Mobile Home Park, a 70-space ($47.9k/space) park located at 9426 Tamarisk, east of I-15 and south of Main St. Jason Phillips of Sperry Van Ness represented the buyer and the sellers, John O’Carroll and David Milani. According to SVN, this deal represents the highest price per space ever paid for a mobile home park in the High Desert.
In La Mesa, Robert Bruce Kleege and Brenda F. Kleege paid $2.525 mil for Colony Mobile Plaza, a 54-space ($46.8k/space) park situated on 2.25 acres at 7440 Colony Dr, south of I-8 and west of Baltimore Dr, near El Cajon Blvd. The buyers intend to hold the property as an investment. Tim Mills of Cushman & Wakefield repped the buyers and the seller, the Dutzi Family Trust.
