Meritage Homes acquired a 27.86-acre residential land parcel in South Riverside County’s City of Temecula for an undisclosed price. The firm plans to use the property to develop Heirloom Farms, a new housing community comprised of 321 homes and neighborhood amenities.
Heirloom Farms will feature townhomes and single-family motor court homes in addition to ample greenspace, kid’s play areas and dog run, among other amenities. The property is located west of Ynez Rd and north of Date St and east of Temecula Center Drive in Temecula.
Ciara Trujillo of Colliers’ San Diego Land Team represented the seller, Harveston – SAB North LLC. Meritage Homes was self-represented.
