Goli Nutrition has leased four industrial building totaling 422.4k sf of space within Saddle Ranch Business Center in the Inland Empire city of Norco. Goli, a vitamin manufacturer, was looking to expand its operations. Terms of the lease were not disclosed.
The buildings are located at 3300-3390 Horseless Carriage Dr, north of the 91 Fwy and just west of I-15. Goli plans on using the space to create a multiple-building campus with close proximity to all major freeways for its distribution needs, while also securing a talented area workforce to draw from. Saddle Ranch Business Center in Norco was able to provide a perfect solution to meet their requirements.
