Goli Nutrition Leases 422k sf of Distribution Space in the Inland Empire

Goli Nutrition has leased four industrial building totaling 422.4k sf of space within Saddle Ranch Business Center in the Inland Empire city of Norco. Goli, a vitamin manufacturer, was looking to expand its operations. Terms of the lease were not disclosed.

The buildings are located at 3300-3390 Horseless Carriage Dr, north of the 91 Fwy and just west of I-15. Goli plans on using the space to create a multiple-building campus with close proximity to all major freeways for its distribution needs, while also securing a talented area workforce to draw from. Saddle Ranch Business Center in Norco was able to provide a perfect solution to meet their requirements.

Jeff Ruscigno, Paul Earnhart, Ryan Earnhart and Brian Pharris with Lee & Associates represented both the tenant and the landlord, CapRock Partners, in the transaction.
