Temecula Industrial Building Trades for $127/sf

Stos Partners purchased a 228.9k sf industrial building in Temecula for $29 mil, or $127/sf. We’re told the sale marks the highest price per square foot in the above 100k sf industrial market in southwest Riverside County history.

The building is located at located at 42301 Zevo Dr, west of I-15 just off Winchester Rd. The largest tenant in the fully occupied facility is Abbott Cardiovascular Systems Inc, which has been there for nearly 20 years. The global, publicly-traded healthcare firm occupies the majority of the building and plans to utilize the facility as part of its distribution network for quick COVID-19 tests.

Alisa Lovas-Hopsiter with Lee & Associates represented the seller. The buyer was repped by Scott Stewart, also with Lee & Associates.
