LBA Realty has Gone Crackers

11/20/17

LBA Realty has purchased Mary’s Gone Crackers headquarters, a 423k sf, Class A manufacturing and distribution center in Reno, NV, for $29.5 mil ($70/sf). The asset was sold by CP Logistics NVCC Building A2 LLC, a joint venture between CalSTRS, California State Teachers’ Retirement System, and Panattoni Development Company.

The facility is part of the 1.48 msf Phase I of North Valleys Commerce Center, located at 9460 N. Virginia St. Mary’s Gone Crackers, an organic, gluten-free baking company, uses the facility for its manufacturing and distribution headquarters. Other tenants at the business campus include Microflex, Trademark Global, and Exxel Outdoors.

Mike Nevis, Dave Simonsen, and Michael Hoeck with Kidder Mathews, in conjunction with JLL Capital Markets, represented the seller in the transaction. Nevis, Simonsen, and Hoeck originally sold the land to CP Logistics and assisted them with the design and leasing of the facility.
