Built in 2002, the building offers direct building signage visibility along the 101 Fwy. It is situated on 5.18 acres of commercially zoned land in the community of Agoura Hills, one of the most desirable business and residential communities in Southern California.
Agoura Gateway benefits from one of the region’s most diversified tenant bases, in a market undergoing an upsurge in demand for space, whose supply is limited due to the area’s historic anti-growth posture. Businesses in the immediate area include finance, biotechnology, defense, telecommunication, healthcare and insurance companies.
