Stonelake Capital Partners has announced the latest development plans for Trinity Green, a $250 mil, 25-acre, urban residential district located along Singleton Ave in West Dallas. At full build-out, Trinity Green will include 1,500 residential units and a one-acre central park.
Stonelake will break ground this fall on Phase 4 at Trinity Green, a 324-unit, Class A apartment development, with Wood Partners. Alta Trinity Green will be a five-story wrap with unparalleled views of Downtown Dallas, Uptown Dallas and the Margaret Hunt Hill Bridge. Alta Trinity Green is scheduled to deliver the first units in the spring of 2019.
Stonelake also announced the latest update on their initial three phases at Trinity Green. Phase 1, a 355-unit, Class A multifamily development, The Austin | Trinity Green, will open in April 2017 and is already 12% pre-leased. Stonelake is developing The Austin | Trinity Green in a joint-venture with Streetlights Residential. The community is pet-friendly and features a boutique hotel-style lobby, a residential lounge, 24-hour coffee bar, a fitness center, a prep kitchen with a private dining room, infinity pool with lounge seating, outdoor grilling stations, and a controlled access parking garage with electric car charging stations, as well as a dog washing station and bike storage. Unit amenities include built-in book cases, Sonos wireless HIFI system with built in speakers and media connections, full size front load washer and dryer, over-sized walk-in closets, and private terraces.
Phase 2 is a 96 home, single-family residential development called Parkside at Trinity Green being built by David Weekley Homes. Stonelake sold the land for this phase to David Weekley in 2015.
Stonelake is also under construction on Phase 3, a one-acre linear park in the middle of Trinity Green which will be completed this month. Trinity Green Park was designed by Studio Outside and is programmed to include a perimeter walking trail, a dog park, event lawn, and outdoor gathering spaces.
Stonelake will continue to own 9.4 acres at Trinity Green fronting Singleton with plans for Phases 5 and 6, which will total an additional 725 residential units.
